: (1) The licensee shall determine the provisions regarding the services, facilities, commission or bonus to be received by the direct seller or distributor for direct sale or distribution of goods and submit the same details to the department before applying such provisions. .
(2) The department may give instructions to amend the details submitted according to sub-section (1) as required and the licensee shall comply with the instructions given by the department.
(3) If any change is made in the details prescribed in accordance with sub-section (1), such details shall be submitted to the department within thirty days of making such changes.
